PAVIA probiotics must be delivered within 8 working days after shipment.
Shipments are made Monday through Friday, if orders do not come in within this time frame, shipment will be made first thing the following Monday.
Please note that sometimes situations may arise that we cannot control; such as shipping delays, lost packages, or you may mistakenly receive a different product than the one you selected.

What does it consist of? If you are not satisfied with your order, you can keep it and we will refund your money.
How does it work?
Within 10 days of receiving your package, if you are not completely satisfied with your first purchase of the product, you can request a full refund and keep the product.
It will only apply once per customer and a maximum of $100.00.
How do I request it?
Send an email requesting a refund to the email contact@xaviax.com where we ask you to specify what was the reason, why you are not 100% satisfied and that will help us to improve more.
Within a maximum period of 15 days your case will be reviewed and once authorized, we will refund the money to the same bank account where the purchase was made.
It is important to note that your name, phone number and address will be entered into a database of dissatisfied customers, so you will not be able to reapply for the satisfaction guarantee with your name or to the same address.
